High Guard; How does the Pebble dock in the Asteriod Ship?

The green wall is presumably a hatch (HG, p129) forward, just ahead of the bridge?

The Docking Space is the right size, but not at all the right shape to accommodate the Pebble.

The Pebble on p97 is about 17 squares long, so should run completely through the ship. I might put it straight through Deck 1, moving the Cargo Hold and the drives to the sides.

I have a vague memory of seeing a picture of it from the old Mission to Zhodane (or whatever it’s called) book.

Iirc, yes, it docks vertically, and since the Rock is an asteroid ship the outer surface of the asteroid is some distance away from the inner ship parts, so the Pebble does fit within the asteroid, but not within the ‘ship’.

The Cargo and airlock hatches of the Pebble matches the cargo hold and upper deck docking space on the Rock, and the rest of Pebble extends above any below the two interior decks of the Rock.

You have twenty eight tonnes allocated for the hangar, which is a tad more than ten percent, making it a rather tight fit.

Vertical sort of implies the same as the Broadsword class, with it's modular cutters.

Thanks. I've a Pdf of Expedition to Zhodane, but never read it. Yep its docked vertically. The deckplans in the adventure make much more sense. Also explains why the pebble has Psionic Shielding!
