What is "RAW"?

Please forgive my ignorance... But I've seen people refer to the "RAW". What is RAW?

It's a wrestling show put on by World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc on Monday nites here in the US. Monday Night RAW...

Actually to hazard a guess I'd think it stands for Rules as Written....

Yup, "Rules as Written".

Though it is also a nice foody analogy - The raw is what you have before you have done any fiddling with the system to bring it into line with what you want rather than what you have, which (in accountancy slang) could be refered to as "Cooking the Books"...
