Travellers Needed! Traveller's 50th

Those (alleged) maps are worthless. You can barely read the rimward end and the coreward end is just noise.

They're a free resource someone (who posts here) did for others and I can read the name of every adventure (if I forget the system names at the very top I can look at them on Traveller Map).

Try to remember you're talking about a real person and their unpaid work.

And assuming you don't have a sight disability (in which case I understand why you'd have trouble) just click on the map to enlarge it. It's perfectly legible. Take up any effect of the tilt on legibility of system names with Traveller Map, whose (excellent) function it is. I see why he used tilt, of course: otherwise you need a poster-map sized image to display the whole Reach.

This is the most distant pair of adventures, and they are completely legible:

Just a thought, but a real help to players would be a document that has every world cross-referenced to an available adventure or amber zone or map. Bonus to this would be a notation of where the subject was published (including which edition, so players can find the source material). If you really wanted to go over the top with this, it could become a "living document" that is regularly updated as new Traveller material is published.
Agreed! this should be something maintained because it can actually sell product: ("hmm.... my players might head to this region, what adventures have already been set there so I can do a little less homework on the region that I might do otherwise")

I know this info is in travellermap.com but it is not presented visually. Maybe if the site had it as an overlay you could choose. Maybe the site manager and mongoose could work something out.

So... what would you all like to see?

Maybe high quality beautiful commemorative dice? Like sets of D6's with different color schemes and graphics, like an Imperial themed set with maroon with gold numbering with 6 over an Imperial starburst, a Solomani set that's blue with silver numbering, a Sword Worlds set with mini sword icons instead of pips, that sort of thing. A set for Traveller, a set each of the major races, etc. A limited edition 50th Anniversary production run, nice, high quality, but not too expensive.

For the 50th? Just more content to read, collect and run games in.

A Lords of Thunder campaign would be great.
As an obsessive Sector Collector I'd love MGT2 sourcebooks for:

Glimmerdrift Reaches
Crucis Margin
Numbis
Leonidae
Hinterworlds
Old Expanses
Far Frontiers
Yiklerzdanzh
Mendan
Amdukan
Arzul
Empty Quarter
Stars End

Anyway, keep up the good work!
