This is sort of off topic, yet on topic. I used to work with lightwave, its been years since I've touched it, sadly. I don't have a copy of it avalaible, but need some work done with a model, scaling it down and converting it to a different format. Specifically, .lwo to one of the following: .stl, .dae, .x3d, .x3db, .wrl or .x3dv

Now, I've been playing, with little success, with Blender and maybe I'll figure it out on my own, but that doesn't seem to be happening right now.

What it comes down to is I have a model that is about 1km in size, shrunk down to about 12 cm in size, possibly smaller, then converted and saved as one of the above file types.

What I'm hoping to accomplish, if successful, I will reveal on here, as it relates, for me, to ACtA. Yay... It will make more sense when and if my idea works.

In the mean time, I will plod and plug and poke away with Blender. Maybe I should read something on it instead of pressing random buttons...
