Just FYI, my Roll20 contact who actions Mongoose compendium stuff has had to take two weeks leave as of yesterday.

So I’m afraid the new Art Packs and Wrath of the Ancients are on hold for this period.

Hi Terry,

Your timing is impeccable! Yes, Roll20 contact is back so we should see movement this week. New stylesheet covering The Third Imperium has gone live in preparation, so the current schedule is as follows:

1) Republication of all art-packs for existing books. These have been expanded, categorised and will be renamed. All existing art packs that appear under 'Marketplace Purchases' will go from:

Central Supply Catalogue Art Pack
High Guard Art Pack
Mysteries of the Ancients Art Pack
(etc.)

To:

MgT2e - C - Secrets of the Ancients - Maps
MgT2e - C - Secrets of the Ancients - Portraits
MgT2e - C - Secrets of the Ancients - Scenes
MgT2e - C - Secrets of the Ancients - Tokens
MgT2e - CR - Central Supply Catalogue - Scenes
MgT2e - CR - Central Supply Catalogue - Tokens
MgT2e - CR - High Guard - Scenes
MgT2e - CR - High Guard - Spacecraft
MgT2e - CR - High Guard - Tokens
MgT2e - CR - Traveller Companion - Icons

So look out for that change, I'll post here when done. Once that is out of the way to bring everything up to date:

2) Wrath of the Ancients compendium, art packs and game add-on will be published, then

3) The Third Imperium compendium and art packs, then

4) The Marches Adventures 1-5 compendium, art-packs and game add-on

Obviously after two weeks away, the Roll20 guy will be playing catch-up, but I expect these to all be complete by early next week. As I say, will post as things get published...

The Great Rift boxed set is in progress, that's probably a couple of weeks work as they are pretty huge, but on the other hand these 'encyclopaedia'-type books don't have too much in the way of fiddly stuff... (fiddly = NPCs, Animals, Equipment, Armour, Weapons, Vehicles)

After that it's Great Rift Adventures 1-5...

After that I may go for a lie down! I will be doing the character sheet update with the Weapon Misc. Mod in between,

Behind the Claw is the ‘old-style’ Traveller format, which is not Mongoose’s priority at present, I think, but I’ll check

It might be old style, but the data in it is still needed for running campaigns in the Marches. Just saying.

Looking forward to The Third Imperium as my Singularity players are just about to get rolling and it will make setting up data for them a lot simpler.

I keep hitting refresh, but no The Third Imperium. It’s a plot to make me go crazy.

@Coryphon, I don’t recall seeing the Robot Handbook on you to-do list. Could it be added? Robots and robotic brains are a big part of my ship designs and they are common in MTU.

So, Mongoose are scheduling the release dates, and I believe they are doing some marketing work around the current book index, expanding product details etc.

I’m afraid my friend it’s a case of waiting for their official announcements at this point…

I think you’re psychic. I was considering the Robot Handbook earlier today as the next ‘rules’ release!

I’m halfway through The Great Rift which is pretty chunky, but has a lot of straight ‘encyclopaedic’ text so has auto-transcribed well… I’m picking all this (including char sheet) up again next week FYI…
