I just dropped the uplift bomb on my players and was reading ahead to see what was coming and noticed something odd. The "KNOWLEDGE PACKAGE 4" description doesn't have any stat boosts. Literally every other one does for all paths. Did it somehow get dropped? If so, what should it be?
