Lets see if we can't get a wish list put together for all the ships we want but don't have.

I would like to see the following for my Brits

War
Vanguard
Implacible

Battle
Indomitable
G3 Battlecruiser

Raid
-

Skirmish
Colosuss CV

Patrol
Flower corvette
Battle class DE

I know there was an HMS Suffolk in survice during WWII (it shadowed the Bismark along with HMS Norfolk for a while). This suggests at least one more UK cruiser class, unless its stats are identical to an existing class (in which case which class?).

This perplexed me as well. There is what was known as "County" class which was subdivided into 3 groups or what most resources call seperate and distinct classes. There was Kent (which Suffolk was part of), London (or Devonshire), and Norfolk (or Dorcetshire)... follow me so far? At inception there seemed to be minor variations through each class, but as time went on each class and even different ships within each class received refits and upgrades to armor and weaponry from rearranging AAA to removing/increasing torpedo suites or even entire turret mounts. I am finding the same thing occurred in the IJN as ships were damaged and repaired they became considerably different the original class. How much of this actually makes a difference in a system like VaS I'm not so sure...

The same thing happened to the QE classes, the ships eventually had 3 different layouts. QE and Valiant were the same, Warspite was different and Malaya and Barham were the same.

Lexington Class

Baltimore Class

Catalina Flights w/ Bombing Capability WooHoo!

Montana class needs to be in a class above War. I would probably promote Yamato to that class as well.

The Iowa is probably about as powerful as a war-level ship should ever get! Maybe even a little moreso, but it doesn't rate inclusion in a war+ level IMO.

As far as replacing the Yamato class goes, somebody mentioned some other Japanese battleships that were supposed to be cool. Or maybe the Nagato should be re-statted and promoted or something.

In the above war level I like to see the Alsace class, the french project for a 40 000 tons BB.

It was planned for a class of 6 ship, armed with 3 turret either triple 15" or triple 16" or the most iconic quad 15"

Two 40000 TW ship was prepared to be laid in 1942 with 3*3 15" turret. Other ship will be fitted with what come from weapon research.

In 1940 the 45000 TW armed with quad turrets was estimated too expensive and too big for the french needs ( witch is to beat the italian, who have nothing in dock )

The Alsace! That sounds meaner than *^%&^%

I'll go Google the monster up now. :)

I found a plan view, what a Beast!

Alaskas would be great, as would the Worcester class, and perhaps the Des Moines (although those were technically post war by the time they were launched IIRC)

It'd also be nice to see the refurbished pre-war BBs like the Tennesee and Colorado class, the Nevada... more carriers, obviously; Wasp, Hornet, Independence, Ranger. Maybe throw the Midway in there somewhere at the top end.

IJN Carriers
Akagi, Kaga, Hiryu, Souryu, Shoho, Zuiho, Rjunyo (or something like) and I know there are others.

IJN Seaplane tender Tone

It does sem that the Germans can have most of the ships that were actually available to them, but what has happened to the Emden?

I must admit it looks relatively easy to put a line of stats together, but has anybody else done it for this one?
