specifically on the Neroon and Brivoki?
Whilst I'll be happy to see a new brivoki, i think it's a shame if the neroon has to be re-sculpted, I thought it looked quite cool!
We have a new system for ship sculpting now, which is just coming up to speed. The Neroon and Brivoki are both waiting in the wings at the moment, and we will see the new Hyperions (and possibly the Valen) beforehand, but the two big 'uns will follow quickly after.
Adrian is currently splitting his time between these, the CTA Painting Guide, and Project V-Max.
The painting guide, incidentally, has spiralled as a project - if you are a counter man (like LBH), it may just convince you to pick up a brush, with the 'paint a ship in 10-15 minutes/a fleet in a morning' sections. In fact, it shows you how you can put all your ships together on a Friday evening, paint them Saturday morning, and be playing in the afternoon!
Dedicated painters are going to love the pages and pages of Adrian's 'masterclass' ships, each of which has a full guide to reach his results. And even if you are a committed non-painter, the sections on variant paint schemes/special squadrons/flagships and so forth are going to have enough background material to keep you going.
We were going to put a few new rules in this book, but will instead stick to our promise of just one rules release every year for CTA. However, this is going to be a very attractive book.
Look out for it in March next year, but you'll see the new ships before that.
