Iranistani

Would it be possible/allowed for someone to post the racial stats for the Iranistani? I know they were in one of the Signs & Portents but I don't have it (and it didn't make it into the Conan Compendium).

They're also published in Hyboria's Fiercest, I suppose that's the most official version then. Since all game stats and mechanics are declared Open Content in that book, I think I can post them here:

Stats (condensed):
-2 WIS, +2 CHA
+2 to Appraise, Diplomacy, Forgery, Intimidate, Sense Motive, Spot when haggling about the price of goods "in an appropriate situation"
Fatalistic: begin with 1 Fate Point; max FP = Character Level; 50% chance of "fizzling" FP: whenever you try to use a Fate Point, roll D20, on a roll of 10 or less the FP is lost (without doing any good).
+2 to Handle Animal and Ride
Weapon Familiarity: Sabres and Tulwars are treated as Martial Weapons; +1 to attack and damage with these weapons.
Favoured Class: Nomad
Prohibited Class: Borderer

Should also add that if you wanted, you can use the old definition of fatalistic for the Shemites from the Conan core rules.

Oh, if possible could you also post their background skills and languages? :)

Not sure he can list the languages? You can make them up though, starting with the native language ... and look at the surrounding kingdoms.
