With all this talk about mods, I began think about Halo.
It could convert to ACTA nicely, there are many classes of Ships mentioned in the books if anyones read them. I found 1st & 3rd one quite good. The second one is bit crap (The Flood) anyway.
The Covenent have shields not sure on the best way to do this.
They would have beam weapons, nasty TD plasma torps.
Their ships would be quite fragile, possibly some sought of Stealth fields on some.
Earth have big tough ships, with of course the human fav weapon of choice Railguns & the MAC which would be slow loading, missles some with nukes.
Some of their ships do have stealth.
Possibility for rebel earth fleets, Brute lead covenent, Elite lead covenent.
Don't really think i would like to see a Flood fleet.
