I'm really looking forward to this next one, not only for all the goodies promised in the write-up but also because I'm hopeful that it will deal with access-to-rune-magic-through-cults issue that has been running on this forum for the last 2+ years.

This one's for Loz really and my question is simply; will this book clarify the official position with regards to exactly how cult members acces rune magic?
