Grizzly Officer Loadout

Can a Grizzly LT oder NCO get a Thermic Lance?
Is this just a missprint/forgotten line or does it have any sense they shouldn't get that?

I'm planing to paint an NCO with a Sixgun and a Thermic Lance for a painting competition, so can I use this in official games after all?

Unfortunately they can't, it's not a misprint.
Same with marauder NCOs not having access to bigfoots/nighthawks.

I think this was dealt with in the recent update in S&P (at least Marauders were) - officers do at least have access to nighthawks and to bigfoots. Not sure about lances but will check.

The only reference to Exo's was the atlas rig....... so it's either a wierd oversight (considering they altered the marauders) or it's deliberate.
Possibly to stop CAP platoon NCO's from being upgraded to carry thermic lances? Imagine that with a skinnie advisor popping up from ambush.
