The lady Zho would be a character who does all manner of egregious things and uses her psionic powers to make her man think its all his fault and that he must apologize.

In one adventure, the team had to extract a Zho officer from Imperial custody (they were mercenaries getting rich by scavenging war zones). A complication was that she had been driven insane by reading the minds of the penal battalion troops who captured her.
