These are missing from the book but would be helpful. Maybe something I should work on adding to my GM's Guide project (see link below)... :idea:

I like nice simple encounter tables - more to give inspiration than be a comprehensive guide. Eg a single d6-table per area would be fine, or 2d6 to give outlier rare encounters on the '2' and '12'.

On the encounter table posted, I didn't understand some of the things listed , is that because they were for the other system. Like if you roll Freezing Cold or SOmething other than an actual character how does that work? Thanks
 
It's just a generic table, as far as I can tell. I'm guessing it's more of a "quick plot" than an encounter table per se. If you roll "freezing cold" for example, I imagine the PCs have to make a trip around the side of a mountain, and make Con checks every hour against severe weather (1d6 subdual damage on failure) Something to that effect...

The table is really far too generic, but makes a decent base for building upon.
