Decals for Troopers

I know there was talk a while ago of producing some decals to enhance and detail MI troopers, and I was wondering if there was any more news?

I've seen the splendid work ScipioAmericanus did for the CHAS model (which I believe sadly didn't make it into production), but is there any hope of either producing them (or any others) for sale, or making them available for download?
