I would never tell another parent that they should or shouldn't play Conan the RPG with their kids. That is their call. I've played Conan with my oldest but not my youngest. But I have played the Star Wars RPG with my youngest and we had a great time with an adventure on Tatoine. Plus we have played HeroQuest and other type games before.
With my oldest the nudity issue never came up, even when he was creating his character. The excitement of adventuring in Hyboria was firing up his imagination as he had read Howard's Conan stories before we played the game. Howard's prose can be much more imaginative to a young mind then a mere painting of some woman's breast, like in the Conan 1st edition printing. I do think if his friends wanted to play, I would've called their parents and explained the game to them - and the nudity on the pages - before allowing them to play. That didn't happen as his friends have no interest in roleplaying - like most kids it seems.
