WOW. Are you playing a game in a shopping center parking lot?

Wise men have said that the best way to reproduce an effect in miniature is to actually reproduce it in miniature. Good job, Evil!

best thing is i trampled some of the first this time for some crushed cars :D

and evan better i got 2 VW camper vans in their :) hehehehehe

also i was thinking i live in a small village and a small culdesac on on my little street we have 14 cars i can see from my front door, so 50 cars for a deserted industrail complex isnt very many in my mind.

and its a great reason to burn stuff, and get funny looks from my girlfriend :D

Maybe, but most people prefer to drive away when danger comes. Unless of course Godzilla is in the streets and then its a mass exodus with the cars left in the traffic jam.... :D

true but the street wont be empty either especialy befor a war when there maybe fuel shortages and curfews and military law in place.

and if the military are getting people out for security reason, or a chemicl plant exspodes poisoning the area there is in my mind a big chance of scores of cars abbandond.

I was thinking of the edge of an industrial zone (some chemical plant elements, and a decimated factory) with some apartments and homes for me. Looks good so far evil! Better than your first urban table, don't forget the biffie in a jiffy this time around  . I really need to get some platformer and hexagonal sets.

Dass, da gassez arenz makin me dumsss

i may use element from my old urban table for this, but i doubt it as some of them building were huge, and i may ahve to custom make some buildings for this board, just need to keep it cheap, and easy and above all quick.

ima bit stuck on how to do the buildings to be honest, im waiting a little to see what you guys come up with ;)

Dirty !!!! what ya saying !!!!

i cant wait to exact my revenge on you next time our paths cross :) illegal user of skinnie venerables you.

Very nice effort on the cars. Are they 1/43? Everything I've seen in the US in 1/64 is waaay too small for 28mm figs. I did have a couple of thoughts for you.

Look at historical footage. Bagdad, Sarajevo, Beruit, and others still fall to the same old 'contested territory' factor that has been in effect for 4000 years. The high groud is where everything happens. Even if it's only a hotel or the second story of an adobe hut. Some soldier is smart enough to take it and a bunch of others are obligated to remove him.

My other thought was: With the assortment of cars you have you could do a luxury hotel and shops with a looting theme ala Kuwait as a theme. I like the look of a chem. plant but most modern soldiers know how dangerous it is and they don't exactly need another threat in their lives so they tend to solve those problems by letting the insurgents take it and then calling for air support!

the game is 1:65

1:60 through to 1:67 seem to look fine with true scale minis, the reason they often dont look right is the bases on minis and the out of proportion build of the figs.

look at your hieght compared to a car then use a tape measure your see the little cars are fine, see my post on a "new look on scale"

the MGP bf-evo figs are not heroic 28mm scale so the small cars are fine ;)

Oops never mind that. Anyhoo, more pics? Just so you know I found out a 'biffy' is actually a thousandth of a second, now who in the world could make a #2 in that period of time while at a construction site?

Going to TESCO today to see what I can find, then to hombase to buy cork, then to the local model shop to buy some plasti-card.
