Hadn't seen that yet. I'm glad to see that at least some of the other writers are willing to use this POD method. I'm sure the sales have opened some eyes.

JMS said in one of the early books that he was hoping to get some of the other writers to allow their scripts to be published, and he hoped to do the same for Crusade.

The nice thing about Crusade is we might actually get the Arc for that show. Obviously 1/2 of a season was not enough to get a feel for where the show was going; imagine trying to figure out B5 after only 1/2 of a season, we were SO wrong. The only thing I remember was JMS saying that the plague would be cured early in season 2, so there was a lot of show that we know next to nothing about. I hope he does it.

It would be nice. However, we've had a bit more than that revealed.

We've been told that the EA was agressively pursuing Shadow-tech and had multiple bases to that end. The Excalibur would be on the outs with the EA and possibly IA by the end of season 2 and be fighting a guerilla war of some kind. There was a blurb on a B5 board from someone in the know that stated that the corrupt powers in place with the EA would not want the plague cured, so the Excalibur fled when the cure was covered up. However, this post apparently was deleted post haste and I've only heard second-hand what it contained. Could be BS but just don't know.

They have confirmed that they now have permissions for all the non JMSepisode scripts, and Vol 2 of the Other Voices collection is now on sale.

I have also received the Other Voices Volume 1 book (only one copy though damn it!).

Nice to hear they will be doing all the other scripts! The ENTIRE Series of scripts (I'm in heaven....).

I don't know what the delay was, but I just got Volume 2 and 3 together. Very nice. Now we have every script for the entire series.

Volume 3 has some extra info on the races of the League of Non-Aligned Worlds. That bit might be of interest to those playing any B5 RPG...

3 days left to ask questions on the movies, can't be arsed asking why all the character interaction in B5 when there's no mention of it in the series (G'KAr, Sheridan, Franklin and the Ranger)

Picked mine up today preemtively from the sortign office, was downing getting GROPOS books from Ben, Recorded and asked on the off chance about the script book package, it was there, arriving home later, having left before the postie came, I saw the card for my missed delivery of the Script book!

And I never even got a whiff of being charged import duty on my script book.

The next book should come out in March and it will *NOT* be about Crusade...

In addition to what Jan said above, I can tell you that the second set of mysterious books mentioned last night on the podcast will contain significant Crusade content, but will not be the scripts, nor a continuation of the aborted narrative.

Me too.

In reference to my last post, LtR, 3rdSpace and RoS are in the TV Scripts book, ItB is in Vol 14, so we're only missing ACTA movie, which will presumably be bundled with the Crusade stuff.

I do hope the dollar rate take a turn for the better before too many more come out.

As for 1 a month, I'll believe it when I see it, they never managed their original schedule promises with the first run of 15.

As I am paying in EURO, I'm quite happy with the $ and the £ right now...

Particularly because I am buying all the script books from someone who (very wisely) had bought more than one copy of them. The (justifiable) small extra fee I have to pay is mostly gobbled up by the exchange rate I get.

Was reviewing my collection recently, looking for the "Noosin Filani" quote, from Shadow Dancing, it's not in the script, but the scene gets mentioned as a late minute addition in JMS' intro to that script, however no mention of the addition is made in Joe's Cuts in Vol 15 as far as I can see.

This is what they get for not employing me to do that for them :lol:

The next series of five books will be a printed version of most of jms' online posts.

The books will be available April 7, 2009.

Expect an announcement on March 17th on the April 7 release.
