Advanced turn order

Can we have an advanced turn order, incorporating all the rules.

Something like:
Initiative phase

Movement Phase
• The player who lost the Initiative moves a ship first
• Both players alternate in moving all ships
• The player who won the initiative chooses who moves their motor torpedo boats first
• The player chosen moves all his motor torpedo boats
• His opponent moves all his motor torpedo boats
• The player who won the initiative chooses who moves their aircraft first
• The player chosen moves all his Flights (fire local AA)
• His opponent moves all his Flights (fire local AA)

Radar

Fire AA

Attack phase

End Phase
1. Damage Control
2. Compulsory Movement
3. Check for Escalation
Rearm fighters

And so on

I'm not sure when spotting at night/bad weather takes place. Is at after a ship has moved? Or at the end of the movement phase?
 
I want to keep this fairly loose at the moment, as other rules may later impact on things - however, the language for Spotting has been clarified (it happens as soon as the enemy ships ends its movement).
