P&P is not really necessary, there are a few rule changes, new ships and special rules but you can just browse someone's book and probably remember the bits relevant to your fleets
right ho, given that I may be able to get a few players up here out of retirement for a tourney, should get the min number to make it viable. Need to go back tothe shop and discuss it now.
