@ TGT: I'm gonna be busy keeping you lot in order :lol: (i've heard stories :wink: ), so i'll only be playing if there is an odd number of players.
As long as there are enough tables everyone who turns up is gonna get to play, no odd number of players role to see who can't play situations here.
 
Have to verify if I can get the day off work being self employeed I would have to convince someone to do what I would usually do.
 
will there be a bring and buy stall?
i have some vorlon and other bits and pieces for sale or trade
has anyone else?

anyone interested in picking up some stuff if so whats most on peoples wish list?
 
There won't be a stall officialy but there's nothing to stop people bringing stuff and sorting something out with others present.

i suppose in many ways i should read the pack properly and choose my fleet!!
I actually completely forgot it was this coming weekend until last night. I need to sort some ships out!!
 
can the tourney organiser rule a YES or no on this?
most people feel its a yes as do I, but we have one person not attending the tourney but is a worthy detractor who says no

can a ship escorting fighters within 8", give fighters the antifighter trait,
before they are engaged in a dogfight? i.e they do not engage but are engaged whilst within 8" of an escort which gives them its AF dice.

I was wondering who started all of that after Greg kept calling them Ashinatas and I was getting confused why he wasn't the only one calling them that.
 
Typo on Obsidian's ship viewer started it. LBH duplicated the typo since he used the same database, and I duplicated it too at first. But now mine is fixed :)
 
Also as a side note everyone who turns up on saturday will be asked for their postal address. The reason being that instead of giving generic trophies/medals from a shop. I designed plaques as trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and for best painted fleet and most sporting player along wiht medals for all who turn up, which were to be cast in resin. Unfortunatley the masters for the molding making haven't been delivered on time so i can't bet them cast in time for the tourny.
This does mean that there won't be much of an awards ceremony as such but everyone who turns up will get something to show for the day even if they have to wait a week or two.

I for some reason thought it was a 10 o'clock start not 9, buggritt!. I'm also several painted ships short of my prefered fleet selection! busy busy busy

Some people have said that they will be traveling down on friday and staying over. Anyone who does so is more than welcome to come to the club friday night for a game, (6pm till 10pm same venue as the tourney).

Anyone who wants my mobile no in case of problems finding us on the day, PM me before 11pm friday(probably won't have chance to check on the day) and i'll let you have it.
