ACTA: Contact and AF Vs Skindancers (official only please)

Two questions that have been doing the rounds for a while:

1:Contact- Do fighters making suicide attacks on a ship need to make contact with the base or the stem of a model ? I'd say stem.

2:AF against Skindancers- Can skindancing models be targeted with AF fire or not ? I'd say no.

If a fighter fails a skindancing check it's destroyed, nothing left to fire anything at.

I'd agree with that as the skindancing attempt is made as part of the movement phase and AF fire is performed after all fighter movement. If it succeeds it can't be shot at and if it fails it goes splat :)
