Wow did not realize everyone was so freaked out about this. I think in the end all will be happy as there will be a book with the stats so you can use either. Freinds of mine who don't normally game like the cards for quick reference and they are shiny. :wink: The Hardcore gamer usually likes a book as well so we can carry it with us everywhere and drool over stats during breaks.... :lol:

See I'm unconvinced by this arguement - I can undeerstand where you're coming from, but in a practical basis (demoing BF:Evo, playtesting an upcoming BF game, similar elements on Warmachine/Hordes cards), it's never been a problem. Most players are smart enough to be able to skim the rules cards for the relevant info once they've read them a few times
I could not even read the cards from S&P, I cannot see how some people managed it. If you put the points value in the book, and leave it off of the card, it will cut down some problems.
