[InterStellar Arsenal]

I wonder if an independent game designer could do something set in this universe as an ATU for Mongoose Traveller? I believe that most of Piper's stuff is in the public domain. Seems like a lot of people would want to pick this up, though, since CT drew a lot from Piper (especially Space Viking).
