Mongoose
I had posted these questions just before the forum went down and they were lost in the reset before I saw any answers for them. Here they are again if anyone would be so kind as to answer for a second time.
1) Many of the halftracks for various nationalities have the option to add another MG but do not have Multifire/2. How are they supposed to use this second MG?
2) Should the Bofors Portee have an arc of FaA rather than FaF? What are it’s Front and Rear Target/Save/Kill scores?
3) What are the Front and Rear Target/Save/Kill scores for the Bedford Truck?
4) Is the price of the Cromwell a typo? It is faster and has higher front and side target numbers than the Sherman III which is 40 points more expensive. (And has 2 more machineguns than the Cromwell, to be fair.)
5) The Pionier Halftrack is 5 points more expensive than the regular SdKfz 251/1 but the stats are exactly the same. Is this correct?
6) The PzIV has two MGs, should one of them have the (FaF) arc?
7) The Konigstiger has two MGs (FaF), should one of them lose the (FaF) arc?
8.) The Tiger has the Co-Axial rule, but only a (FaF) and a pintle MG, should it have an additional MG?
9) The Panther has 4 weapons, but Multifire/2. Is this correct?
10) The IS2 and KV1C are missing their turret-rear MG. Should both tanks have an extra MG with (FaA of turret)?
11) Should the IL2’s MG (FaR) be (FaA)?
12) The US Infantry Combat Engineer Squad has an option for the M1919A6 .30 Cal HMG, but there are no stats for it. Should that be the M2 .50 Cal HMG, or were the stats for the .30 omitted?
13) Out of curiosity, why are the stats for the .50cal the troops use different from the same weapon mounted on an AFV? Should we use the .50 Cal AAMG stats when firing at aircraft, but the .50 Cal HMG stats when shooting at ground targets? It would have been more intuitive to me to have used the HMG stats and give it a pintle mount so it could fire at aircraft.
Thanks for reading through all those!
