Value of Traveller New Era Credits ?

I would like to use some of the infrastructure costs (e.g. for Hydro and
Wind Power Generators) from the World Tamer's Handbook for my set-
ting, and from the few TNE material I have it seems that a TNE Credit
has the same value as a MGT Credit, but I am not sure whether this is
true.

Unless there is some reason to suspect not, I would simple assume this is true: 1 MGT Cr = 1 TNE Cr . If the conversion is something like 1 MGT Cr == 1.14159 TNE Cr are you really going to go through the process of multiplying all the costs? In truth the conversion is probably even more complex, given that TNE has some weird scarcities and other abundances that do not apply to the early OTU.

While I'm on board with tjoneslo suggestion as regards recomputing everything, I'd suggest keeping in mind a general correction factor for anything over about TL12; based on "hey that's too much" eyeball factor -Say, .7 for 13 .5 for 14 and ??? for 15 ?

IIRC, there is a general increase in the price as and items tech rises above the post viral average, being as its actually a useful antique, rather than a product.

Luckily my setting's technology does not go beyond TL 11 at best (most
is TL 9 / 10), so I can probably ignore the "relic price problem". 8)
