Upcoming Mongoose books question

A question for MongooseMatt, other staff, or anyone else in the know:

What is the Traveller Utility Pack that recently appeared on the release schedule?
What does it contain, and how come the pdf and print released dates are the same?

Also, while I'm here, would anybody be able (and willing) to let me know what kind of book "Fifth Frontier War: Flashpoint" is going to be?
Is it adventure, sourcebook, an installment of a campaign (if so, what kind?), something more akin to the new Mercenary books, or something entirely different?

We will make a proper announcement later, but the Utility Pack contains two pads, one for character sheets and one for blank subsector maps (enough to do three whole sectors!).

Flashpoint is a bit of a placeholder at the moment, though we should be confirming it in the next month or so. It will be the first of the Fifth Frontier War books and will take the form of a mini-campaign that puts your Travellers at the heart of events that spark hostilities - probably from the Zhodani perspective...

I'm loving it, I always loved the Zhodani. Between this and Spinward Extents I'm going to be enjoying a lot. I've been promoted to a shrew, well that sucks!

Sounds interesting. Can I make a request?

I realise it may be too late already, or just too big of an ask, but, imo, what could turn this from great to amazing, would be the opportunity to play it from either perspective. Could this be done?
