For the new laser weapons, do we use the +2 for pulse and +4 for beam as before?
What would burst count as?
OR, do we treat them as other weapons, having given up their accuracy for damage?

Necro-Bump, because I still don't know whether Burst Lasers are +0, +2 or (very unlikely) +4.

If it's not explicitly mentioned, burst lasers won't have an inherent accuracy bonus.

it does say they are a midpoint between Pulse and Burst, so a +3? (not 100% serious, but...) though there is nothing said about Bay Lasers not having the +2 and +4 as smaller mounts so I'd say they do.

I'm not saying it's a wrong view of it, it's more the wargaming aspect to written rules tends to be conservative.
