There's one in Stirling I'm lead to believe, and there used to be a fairly crap one in Dundee (it didn't stock anything other than CCGs it seemed - which is a real shame as I work in Dundee) and then after that we're talking Aberdeen (the excellent Plan 9 plus I think there's another as well).
But I tend to buy most of my gaming stuff by mail order from a mate who does it as a sideline.
