From the description, the star port doesn’t serve anyone on the planet as they appear to be xenophobic. So it would appear to be primarily a way-station, but to where? Borite has nothing of real value, and Oghma is the same jump distance from Thebus or Noricum. So why the starport C? It would make more sense to downgrade it to a D class, to serve the local needs and that’s it.
