SU-27 to 37

EFTF? No. AFAIK no EU country uses Su-27 or plans to buy it. Maybe, if Ukraine gets accepted...
PLA definitely could use some Su-27 variant, as the Chinese bought a lot of them. If India will become a playable faction, they also should have access to it.
 
i agree to a point but NATO did invisage using them at one point.

and russia have quite a few flankers. and russia is sorta part of the european union now as much as the uk in some respects.
 
Its a made up game based in the future, its probable that we never get as far as having an EFTF, nevermind having Russia join it.... I would imagine that Russia will be an army in its rights, as well as the IDF, probably with a South Amrican force and maybe a Condfederated African force.

Although I agree that the Russia would never join (or be asked to) the EFTF is far from unrealistic. A fully integrated force maybe not, but there are many combined European missions and operations. And if you take Afgahnistan European (as well as other) are integrated on a very low tactical level indeed.

No arguements about that, but the Americans and Europeans are currently intergrated, and China are considered allies of sorts.... BF: Evo assumes these relationships have broken down and the various factions are bordering on all out war with each other, border skirmishes are happening all over the place and temporary alliances will spring up between all factions at various times.

Actually looked to see if the Chineese are doing any UN peace keeping duties and found out they have just launched there 3rd mission too Sudan

Sneaky that peacekeeping in a country in which you just happen to have significant oil interests.

No seriously. Rather than trying to work the Russians into the ETF it would be best to make them an individual faction. There would be many takers for them.

Err isn't that what I suggested.... I would be quite keen to have a Russian force (money allowing, want EFTF 1st) as it would go with the Russians I have for FOW, and my MI ExoSuit force that are done as Soviets.

Ahh no probs, so thats another vote for a Russian Force to be introduced at some time in the not to distant future :) (In time for Xmas would be nice....)
 
Don't get your hopes up ;)

I'm sure we WILL get a russian force sooner or later, theres just too much interest in it to NOT make one but I SERIOUSLY doubt we'll get it before XMas though, hell at the rate things have been delayed we MIGHT get wave 3 or 4 by then!
