Oh, actually not, they were film Jaffa with season 1 helmets. Picked up some of the figs in 15mm as well! 1 of them is a tiny Gen. Hammond!

Actually ALL of the Eureka figs are based on the movie jaffa, the series jaffa had armoured suits, which these don't have. All they have done is change the heads on them. The MoFo jaffa were based on the series, having armoured suits, and so are the Dragons Hoard ones, I believe.

The heads are all to do with the gods they serve, Apophis having snake-heads, Anubis having jackal-heads, Ra had either hawk or ibis heads (the ones with long beaks).
 
I didnt get hodl of the serpent guard ones sadly, though I do have 2 of the Horus ones (the bird headed ones from season 4 and the movie)

Incidentally if anyone has any they would like to sell I would be very interested (depending on price of course) as I a Stargate Roleplay at my local club (its been going for a while now without the minis but they would be great)

Hmm. OK Locutus. I have 1 of each of the Eureka figures (3 snake head, 3 jackal head, 3 hawk head, 3 bare head), 1 MoFo Goa'uld with hand device, a series 1 MoFo Snake head Jaffa, Jackson and O'Neill (MoFo).

Except, as I said, the third (quite brief) release which were toted as "Armoured Sci Fi Eygptians" which were a mix of series style Jaffa with and without Serpent heads. They are a close match to the MoFo ones (which I also have), and were pulled from sale only a month or so after release.
 
For Jaffa I've been using figures from Crockodyle Games' Wargods series. I may have butchered it but someone can hopefully correct me. :)

The personality figures are good for Gouald and the rank and file guys make good Jaffa.

For the SG teams, I just use Light MI or various other military figures that I've collected over the years. :)
