Squad Size

I have just got the Mobile Infantry Army Book. Under Power Suit Squad it does not give the option under Unit Options to increase the size of the squad from 5 MI. The other types of squad (i.e. Marauder, Exosuit) all have the capability to buy more models for the squad.

In the main rule book it says Power Suit squads can go up to 8 models.

Is the Army Book a deliberate change of the basic rules, or was the ability to increase squad size accidentally left out?

It's a typo, they simply missed to include the line in the army book.
You can add up to three CAP Troopers for +25p each.
This is cleared in the army updates in S&P 37 (which also states that Burrowers move 6" under ground, a Lieutenant my be deployed in a Bigfoot Marauder and so on).
