I didn’t google that hard, you decide, I just needed I simple visual representation of what 25m could be for my own sakes. But I did find out that a rescue winch typically has 60m of cable, and helicopters hover about 30m off the ground, further, they need to be able to winch 500kgs, which i suspect is roughly 2 people.
