It's a mash-up of languages for sure 3000 years from now.

Some ideas/suggestions on 3000+ years of language change:

Flavorwise, I might suggest those may be Anglic names in general. It depends on how much stock you take in the idea of the Authentic Movement found in MgT and GURPS Traveller. There may well be people who are sticking to old names.

Noted in Reft Sector was the idea of establishing communication between Anglic and English when the El Dorado cruiser misjumped into the Islands subsectors. How similar/ dissimilar I only guess at.

OTOH, Anglic may have a bit of Vilani thrown in due to the millenia of intermingling.
