So many conflicting dates, Im confused

Ok just want to get some kind of official idea as theres so many different threads and sources online that Im not sure which is accurate any more:

When is wave 2 to be available now?

For that matter when can we expect wave 3? (I wants my SAS! )

Wave 2 should be available in april. With the rulebook coming in May.
