So how much DOES an Able Spacehand get paid?

I picked up a copy of Sector Fleet, and one of the blurbs on the back caught my eye:

* How much does an Able Spacehand get paid?

I've been through the whole book, and I can't find it. Can anyone point me at the page, or the errata file? I see the info was included in Grand Fleet, but the relevant section seems to have been excised from Sector Fleet.

Is this a license issue, or an editing issue?

No idea. I think I've seen it in other Traveller material but not MGT.

I know in the core book it covers pay for ship personnel, where the pilot gets about 5 to 6,000 credits per month.

I have the original Sector Fleet from Avenger and pay scales are on Page 37 under the heading "Naval Salaries". There is a table with monthly salaries for very pay grade.

An Able Spacehand makes Cr. 500 per month.

There is also discussions of Specal Supplemental pay for certain specialties.

Check just after the Recruiting section of the book.

No, pay scales absent from the MgT book just published, bit unfortunate as the blurb says "How much does an Able Spacehand get paid?"!

How about the payscales being put on an "errata" download soon?

That is too bad. There is about a half page of good info including a full pay scale and specialty pays, including amounts and when they are applied.

In the Avenger book it is at the very end of Chapter 4, just before the chapter on Deployments and Procedures.

I don't feel comfortable reposting that much text here without permission from the authors.

Fair point, hopefully Mongoose will approach the authors and get permission for this to be produced as an official errata.
