Skill implant limit

The core rulebook has a limit of maximum ONE skill implant.

I see the text in the current draft of CSC allowing for having a skill implant for each skill. It is always a job for the referee to control the access of such augmentation, but my personal preference is limiting this choice somehow. The core book places a good limit imo.
 
kCr 50 is rather cheap for Travellers with starships. CSC will lead to Travellers with lots of skill augmentations. I'd prefer if it was limited like in the Core book.
