Scout is Out?!?

I know that people have posted since late February and early March that their copies arrived in the mail or FLGS. Well, the two FLGS in my area (suburbs of Philadelphia, PA) still don't have it!

I don't know if there is a issue with their suppliers, an ordering SNAFU, or the print run sold out. I know I can order online, but I do like to buy from my FLGS, and I have a gift certificate I received as a birthday gift.

So I'm wondering if others are having similar troubles as well.

You could ask your FLGS to confirm with your local distributor that they've heard of the book.

And you can confirm from several reliable sources that Scout is, indeed, available.

Well, at least here in the UK it is. You'll really have to ask your FLGS to put a lit firecracker under your distributors.

My understanding my main FLGS manager did talk to the main office (it's a small chain not a Big Box chain). I also know he is a Traveller fan as well. We did get the other books usually within a week or two after they hit the States. This time is a little overdue compare to the other books and receiving products from other publishers.

EDIT: I do know others in the States have gotten thiers, both mail and FLGS. This is from the comments on this board.

I received mine from Amazon. But, I have not visited my LGS in a month so I do not know if they have it.

I just called my LGS (The Comic Store in Lancaster) and they do not have it in stock yet.
