Procedure for replacing damaged books

Hi, hoping to find out the official procedure here. The specific book I am referring to is my 3-day-old purchase of the Runequest Game Master's Guide. It lasted through my Sunday game and the spine cracked, nastily, after it was first opened. Help!

My Deluxe Runequest is also a problem; although I bought it several months ago, pages are now coming out. I am not sure if "several months" qualifies for time wear and tear, but if it's possible to get a strong replacement, I'd be very happy there, too. The cover lamiate is also wearing out on the RQ Deluxe, too, although that has been a minor issue.

If there is a place I can send my books for a replacement (that's relatively quick, since I have a semi-weekly campaign running!) I'd love to have that address. Thank you whomever can answer this question for me.

Also, just a follow-up on the status of the RQ Deluxe replacements? I'm crossing my fingers at the news in another forum that a soft-cover edition is out there somewhere (I don't care if the next print is soft or hard cover, I'm just happy it will be durable). Thanks!

Yes, they are on their way!

I and my local RQ groups thank you! (there are two groups now locally playing RQ)....I think they were tired of me shuffling through my RQ Deluxe folder, heh!

BTW Monsters II and Land of the Samurai are both some of the best quality books I've seen from Mongoose in a long time (in B&W format). Picked them up over the weekend. Kudos!
