Nolo'Tar and Flyer

The Nolo'Tar has a flight of Flyer onboard. But Flyer is not in the ISA fleet list.

Should it be added?
If so, is it exactly as the Minbari one, or is it an older version?
If not, how do the ISA buy replacement Flyers in a campaign game?

Use the Minbari list Flyer, 2 per Patrol point.
