Need Help Finding a Topic

Yesturday I was reading on these boards a discussion about NPC's ability scores, concerning what the average was, what was considered elite etc., ect. Does anyone remember this, or can someone point me in the right direction. Sorry about this inconvenience, and thanks in advance for any help.
