Mr. Sprange, I need some Grizzlies.

I'll admit up front: I never was a big SST player. I've picked up a few things here and there, mainly for use with other systems, but it's one of those lines of minis I always intended to get more of - when time and money permitted. But with three kids and school, I put it off.

When SST releases were put on hold last year, I was one of the ones who expressed concern on TMP that we might not be able to get a hold of the minis we wanted, but weren't able to get right then. Mr. Sprange, you told me to check back with you in August of 2008, and see if they weren't still available.

Well, it's only February, and sadly, I can't find the Grizzlies. Two boxes of 3, that's all I'm looking for. Every online dealer I can find is out of stock. I've scoured the US dealers for them, and am at this point willing to swallow the costs to ship from the UK (and the exchange rate...) to get a hold of 6 Grizzlies. I admit that my search-fu isn't the best, so I might have missed something, but the litany of 'out of stock' and 'unknown restock period' is telling.

Any help you (or anyone) could offer would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry man, they usually only list things in stock, your failure scared me into sucking up the 100$ charge...

I bought a box set a box of warriors, 2 boxes of hoppers, 2 ape suits, and 2 chicken hawks...

those are pretty much the only items they have left.

Oh and ebay has plenty of Plasma Bugs... I bought 2 today.

Check your local hobby shops that are way under the radar. I happened upon several boxes of SST at a Hobby Bench (Model and Hobby shop) and was able to find more stuff I needed or other friends needed.
