More fighters?

Has anyone noticed that it seems MP are putting more fighters in the blister packs? They didn't use to come with four bases/flights, did they?

That reminds me... I need Kotha... never figured I'd have any use for more than 18 flights, then I roll up a 5 point War PL vs the Minbari...

Hang on... I just went to order Kotha, and despite picturing 4 bases, it still says the contents are 6 individual Kotha and one base...
