Print on Demand for 1st edition supplements?

I've just noticed that Supplement 7 (1,001 Characters) is available as a POD softcover on DrivethruRPG, but other supplements aren't. Are there any plans to make more of them available in this format? The 2nd edition of 760 Patrons would be particularly appealing.

Apologies if this has already been addressed somewhere. I searched, but nothing very definitive seemed to come up.

If I'm not mistaken (and I could easily be), it's a decision made by DTRPG, and made mechanically on the basis on PDFs sold.
