Mogador Class French Destroyer

Just a quicky -

Been away from the game for a while. Is the Mogador destroyer correct as of the printing?

A patrol destroyer with 4 damage, 3 ad of secondary, plus port AND starboard torps seems rather on the powerful side.

Its definitely "top end", but then again the real thing was very heavily armed for a destroyer. Some info on the ships here:

You could "house rule" the AD down to 2 to take account of the poor ammunition handling
