@Arkathan can we get a checkbox or drop-down for this? LPI doubles base sensor cost, ELPI doubles cost and raises the TL of the sensors by +2. They give -1 and -3 DMs to being detected/targeted when using active sensors.

I'll send @Arkathan the specifics of this (and some other JTAS systems) right now. I've been clipping them for him.
