I own the old version, it's a useful supplement if you're running a game anywhere near the Sword Worlds.

Does anyone know if the deck plans or stats have changed significantly in this edition?

the deckplans have changed only slightly to reflect the mongoose stats and therefore the stats are also different. The Amber Zone is completely different to the old version as it is set in 1105 rather than 1109.
