Foot Notes in Pocket guide Old ships pg. 136

I noticed that on page 136 in the Pocket edition in the Old Ships segment that there are several footnote indicators. "1" appearing next to upgrade items and "2" next to the loss of structure points for value 9. I cannot seem to locate the elements these indicators refer to. Can anyone shed some light on this?

In the full-sized addition, the footnotes are explained at the bottom of the Old Ships table. It was cut off somehow in the pocket-sized edition?

I can type the footnotes here since you don't have them if no one thinks that is a Mongoose Copyright No No?

Thanks! I certainly understand the issue with posting. I actually thought someone woult just tell me look on page XXX because I missed it. As someone who does not own the full size book (yet) I think it's a wonderful book and this is the disconnect I see so far. Thanks for the reference.
