It's getting silly now, I wonder what the position of trading standards would be on this? At the end of the day, I paid for a product a hell of a long time ago, and haven't received it. The company is however continuing to release other things, and is actively working on other new models. I actually am begining to get the impression that they don't give a rats arse about this issue anymore. If it ain't resolved very early in the new year, I think a refund shall be demanded.
